14-day returns, shipping on us
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Email kian@soltani.co with your order number and reason for return. We send a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.
After receipt and inspection, refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Items marked final sale are excluded. Read the returns policy.

What to include in your message
- Order help: include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of what you need.
- Sizing questions: send the product name, the size you are considering and the measurements of a similar garment that fits you well. Let us know whether you prefer a closer or roomier fit.
- Product questions: specify the colour and size, since availability can differ between variants.
- A problem with an item: describe what happened and which piece is affected so we can understand the issue.
