Q: How long does shipping take?

In-stock variants dispatch in 2–5 business days. Made-to-order variants require 14–21 days of production. Allow another 2–5 business days for US transit; Canada and India take longer. Check the selected colour and size on the product page.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

The Size Guide lists actual garment measurements in cm for every piece. SOL pieces are cut oversized by design, so measurements reflect the garment, not your body. Each product page also carries its own measurement table.

Q: Will a sold-out size come back?

Usually yes. The made-to-order model means most sizes can be produced again. Limited pieces from Exclusive Drops are the exception: once a drop sells out it moves to the Archive.

How long does shipping take?

Where do you ship?

SOL ships to the United States, Canada, and India. US standard shipping is $8.99, or free on orders $75+. Canada standard shipping is $24.99; India is $34.99. Review available options and the final rate at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are open for 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Email kian@soltani.co with your order number and you will get a prepaid return label, so return shipping costs you nothing. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the item arriving back. Items marked final sale are not eligible. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out and it will be made right. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

How do I know what size to order?

The Size Guide lists garment measurements in cm and inches. Cuts vary between products. Compare the exact piece with a similar garment you own; the chart measures clothing, not your body. Waist values are flat widths.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, made-to-order production has started and changes cannot be made. Contact kian@soltani.co as soon as possible if you need to adjust an order.

Who runs SOL?

SOL is run by one person: Kian Soltani, who designs the pieces, photographs them, and packs every order himself in Saratoga, California. More on the About page.

Where are your products made?

Pieces are designed in Saratoga and produced in small runs with trusted production partners, then checked and packed by hand before they ship.

Will a sold-out size come back?

Availability depends on the piece and selected size. Join the SOL list for release updates, or ask us about a specific restock. Browse SOL Archive for earlier pieces on sale.
