How long does shipping take?

Every SOL piece is made to order. Production takes 5 to 10 business days, followed by shipping of 5 to 14 business days depending on your location. The full delivery window is typically 14 to 21 days from your order date.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times by destination are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Visit the Sizing page for a full measurement guide. SOL pieces are cut oversized by design, so the measurements reflect actual garment dimensions rather than body measurements.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has started and changes cannot be made. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.

Where are your products made?

SOL pieces are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Each item is manufactured when you place your order.

Will a sold-out variant come back?

Most variants are available on an ongoing basis due to our made-to-order model. If a specific colour or size is showing as unavailable, contact us and we will confirm whether it can be restocked.
