Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with SOL. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order Processing

SOL pieces are made to order. Production takes 14 to 21 days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within the United States. Because every piece is made to order, most US orders arrive within 3 to 4 weeks of being placed once production and transit are combined. Orders to Canada and India take longer in transit. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can occasionally add time.

Shipping Rates

  • United States. Free standard shipping on orders over $75, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. Orders under $75 are charged a flat $8 standard rate. Express shipping is available for $20.
  • Canada. Flat $25 standard shipping.
  • India. Flat $45 standard shipping.

All rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier scans the package.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order leaves our facility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us. If a package arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and India only. Rates and availability are shown at checkout. Orders to Canada and India may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
