Archive

A permanent record of every SOL release. Each drop is cut once, in a small run, and is not made again — so once a run closes the piece is gone from the shop but never from this page. Every entry keeps its release date, its colorways, its fabric and construction detail, and the flat measurements it was made to. Nothing is removed when something sells out; the status changes and the specification stays. If you own a SOL piece, this is where you come to find out exactly what it is.

How to read a release entry

Start with the garment name and colourway, then read the fabric and fit notes. These details describe the intended piece in that release. A familiar size label alone does not tell you how it compares with another SOL garment.

The flat measurements let you compare width and length with a piece you own. Keep your measuring method consistent and use the size guide if you need help finding the measurement points. A wide body, dropped shoulder and shorter length each affect the silhouette in a different way.

Check current availability separately

Compare the release piece by piece

Read fabric weight together with composition and cut. The weight is one detail in the specification; it does not tell you the entire feel or fit of a garment. A tee, fleece layer and pair of jeans serve different parts of an outfit, so compare each with a similar item when deciding what suits your routine.

Pay attention to colourway names as well as the release name. If you are returning to the archive to identify a piece you own, use the garment name on your order confirmation to find the right entry. Then compare the photographs and listed details with the item.

Keep measurements in context

The numbers in a release entry describe the garment at the stated measuring points. A flat chest width is different from a measurement around your body. Likewise, the overall length of bottoms is different from the inseam. Follow the measuring instructions before comparing two tables.

Think about how you will wear the piece: over a tee, under a jacket or alongside a wider pair of pants. Compare the relevant widths and lengths together. Choosing from one number alone can overlook a difference elsewhere in the garment.
